As a Bakery Production Assistant, you will assist in the production of our award-winning products to the highest standards of food safety, output, quality, hygiene and health & safety.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Bread Roll Production
• Pastry Production
• Chaffing Dough
• Cleaning Tins.
• Working safely at all times in accordance with policies, procedures and legislation.
• Packing and quality inspecting of products.

Requirements:

Previous experience within a bakery environment would be advantageous.
Previous manufacturing experience would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be interested in very physical, fast paced work.

The successful candidate must be flexible in accommodating a 'work to finish' process.

Hours: 20 Hours, 5 Days over 7 (Usually Monday to Friday)
Shift Times: 6.00am to 10am
Rate of pay per hour: £9.53 (increasing to £9.86 after successfully completing probationary period)
